Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping addresses, view order history, and check out faster on future purchases.

How do I create an account?

Click the account icon in the top-right corner of our website and select "Create Account." Enter your name, email, and a password to get started. It takes less than a minute.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter the email associated with your account. We'll email you a secure link to reset your password.

How do I update my account information?

Log in to your account and go to "Account Details" to update your name, email, password, or addresses. Changes save automatically.

Is your website secure?

Are GynoCare products cruelty-free?

Our products are not tested on animals. Where applicable, we also work with suppliers who share this commitment.

Are GynoCare products vegan?

Many of our products are formulated without animal-derived ingredients, but not all. Check the ingredient list on the individual product page, as some items may contain ingredients of animal origin.

How long does a product last after opening?

Most products display a "Period After Opening" (PAO) symbol on the label (e.g., 6M, 12M) indicating how many months the product remains good after first use. Always check the printed expiration or "best by" date on the package.

Are GynoCare products free from parabens, sulfates, and artificial fragrance?

Free-from claims vary by product. Each product page lists what that specific formulation is free of (for example, paraben-free or sulfate-free). Refer to the product page or label for the most accurate information.

Are GynoCare products pH-friendly?

Are GynoCare products safe to use?

How do I use GynoCare products?

Each GynoCare product has specific directions for use printed on its label. Always follow the directions on the packaging, and contact your healthcare provider if you have questions about whether a product is right for you.

Can I use GynoCare products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any new OTC drug or intimate care product during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Can I use GynoCare products during my menstrual cycle?

Many of our external care products are suitable for use during your menstrual cycle. For internal-use products (such as suppositories), follow the directions on the label and consult your healthcare provider if you have questions.

Will GynoCare products affect condoms or other latex products?

Some intimate care products contain oils or other ingredients that may weaken latex. If you use latex condoms, diaphragms, or other latex barriers, check the product label or contact us at support@gyno-care.com before use.

Can I use GynoCare products with other intimate care products?

Many of our products are designed to be used together, but combining different active ingredients across brands may not always be appropriate. Read each product's directions carefully and consult your healthcare provider if you have questions.

What if I experience irritation or discomfort while using a product?

What should I do if symptoms persist or worsen?

If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, worsen, or recur, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider promptly. GynoCare products are not a substitute for medical care, and certain symptoms may require professional evaluation.

Can children or minors use GynoCare products?

GynoCare products are intended for use by adults 18 years of age or older. Keep all products out of reach of children.

Where can I find product warnings and active ingredients?

05 Regulatory & FDA

Understanding how GynoCare products are regulated.

Are GynoCare products FDA-approved?

No OTC drug product sold in the U.S. is individually "FDA-approved" — that term applies only to prescription drugs that go through the FDA's new drug approval process. GynoCare (through Terramed LLC) is FDA-registered, which means our company and our products are listed with the FDA under our labeler code, and our OTC drug products are manufactured and labeled in accordance with applicable U.S. regulations. FDA registration and FDA approval are not the same thing, and we are careful never to imply otherwise.

What does "FDA-registered" mean for GynoCare?

FDA registration means our company and the facilities that manufacture our products are listed with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and our OTC drug products are listed with the FDA under our assigned labeler code. Registration is a regulatory listing requirement; it is not an endorsement, certification, or approval of any individual product.

Are GynoCare products manufactured in FDA-registered facilities?

Yes. GynoCare products are manufactured through partnerships with FDA-registered facilities operating under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) as applicable to the product type.

Do I need a prescription to buy GynoCare products?

No. All GynoCare products are available over the counter and do not require a prescription.

Can GynoCare products replace medical treatment?

No. GynoCare products are intended for general intimate care and comfort. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Placing an order, payment methods, and order changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Buy-now-pay-later options (such as Shop Pay Installments) may also be available at checkout.

Will the charge appear discreetly on my statement?

Yes. Charges on your bank or card statement will appear under a neutral company descriptor for your privacy.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant providers using industry-standard encryption. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.

When will my card be charged?

Your card is authorized at the time you place the order and is typically charged when your order is processed for shipment.

Do you charge sales tax?

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and product type. The amount is displayed before you complete your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been shipped. Email support@gyno-care.com as soon as possible after placing the order, and we'll do our best to help.

Can I use more than one discount code on an order?

Generally, only one discount code can be used per order unless a promotion specifically states otherwise. Some discounts may also be excluded from sale or clearance items.

Is GynoCare packaging discreet?

Yes. All GynoCare orders ship in plain outer packaging with no product or brand imagery on the exterior. Your privacy matters to us, and our packaging is designed to reflect that.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). During peak periods, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited and priority options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. We periodically offer free or discounted shipping for orders above a minimum value — current promotions are displayed at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship primarily within the United States and U.S. territories. International shipping options, if available to your destination, will be shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Transit times for these destinations may be longer than standard.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

First, check with neighbors, household members, and your delivery location. Then contact the carrier to file a claim. If you still can't locate it, email support@gyno-care.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll work with you and the carrier in good faith to resolve the issue.

08 Returns & Refunds

Our policy is designed to protect customer safety for intimate care products.

What is your return window?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. See our full Return Policy for details.

Can I return an opened product?

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, opened or used intimate care products — including washes, wipes, gels, sprays, and suppositories — cannot be returned. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

How do I start a return or report an issue with my order?

Email support@gyno-care.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photos. We'll respond within 3 business days with next steps, and we handle all return inquiries with discretion.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–7 business days to display the refund on your statement.

I bought a GynoCare product on Amazon or Walmart. Can I return it through your website?

No. Marketplace purchases are governed by the return policy of the marketplace where the order was placed. Please initiate your return directly through Amazon, Walmart, or the respective marketplace.

Do you offer a subscription or auto-refill option?

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
