Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed at www.gyno-care.com.
1. Discreet Packaging
All GynoCare orders ship in plain outer packaging with no product or brand imagery on the exterior. Your privacy matters to us, and our packaging is designed to reflect that.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During promotional periods, product launches, or peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.
3. Shipping Methods and Transit Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- - Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
- - Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing
- - Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or events outside our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. Promotional shipping offers (such as free shipping over a minimum order value) will be displayed on the Site and applied automatically at checkout when eligible.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update an address, contact us at support@gyno-care.com immediately; we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed.
7. Undeliverable and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim), we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense, or to issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and a restocking fee where applicable.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it:
- - Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- - Confirm the shipping address on your order
- - Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
- - Contact us at support@gyno-care.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but missing from the delivery location. We will work with you and the carrier in good faith to resolve the issue.
9. International Shipping
At this time, we ship primarily within the United States. International shipping availability, rates, and transit times will be displayed at checkout if offered to your destination.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
10. APO, FPO, DPO, and U.S. Territories
We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.). Transit times may be longer for these destinations.
11. Restricted Products
Certain products may be subject to state, federal, or international shipping restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that violates applicable shipping regulations.
