These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.gyno-care.com (the "Site") and any purchases of products offered by GynoCare, a brand of Terramed LLC ("GynoCare," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Payment Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Terramed LLC regarding your use of the Site.
