Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in every GynoCare purchase. This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are issued. Please also review our Return Policy, which governs eligibility for returns.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
- - You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- - Your order does not arrive within a reasonable time after the carrier's confirmed delivery window and the carrier confirms loss
- - Your return is approved under our Return Policy and the product is received in eligible condition
- - An order is cancelled before it has been shipped
2. Non-Refundable Items
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are NOT eligible for refund once opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging:
- - All intimate care products including suppositories, washes, wipes, gels, sprays, and creams
- - Any product where the safety seal has been broken or removed
- - Final sale, clearance, or promotional items marked non-refundable
- - Gift cards and digital products
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@gyno-care.com within 30 days of delivery with the following information:
- - Order number
- - Reason for the refund request
- - Photos of the product and packaging (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. All inquiries are handled with discretion.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we shipped a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
5. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted (for example, items returned with obvious signs of use that are not the result of our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery).
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if cancellation is requested before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled, and any applicable return process must be followed.
7. Promotional Discounts and Bundles
If you return a portion of a discounted bundle or a promotional purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the discount applied to the returned item(s).
8. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delayed resolution and may affect your eligibility for future purchases.
