Return Policy

Because GynoCare products are intimate-use personal care and over-the-counter items, our return policy is designed to protect the health and safety of all customers. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.
1. Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for return, an item must be:
- - Unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- - Free of damage, tampering, or signs of use
- - Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- - Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and regulatory compliance, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:
- - Any intimate care product where the safety seal has been broken or removed
- - Opened or used suppositories, washes, wipes, gels, sprays, or creams
- - Items marked "final sale," "clearance," or "non-returnable"
- - Gift cards and digital products
- - Free items received as part of a promotion or bundle
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- - Email support@gyno-care.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return
- - Wait for return authorization from our customer service team (typically within 3 business days)
- - Once approved, ship the item to the return address provided in your uthorization email
- - Include your order number inside the package
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed or refunded.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gyno-care.com with:
- - Your order number
- - Clear photos of the product,
packaging, and shipping label - - A description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our Refund Policy for additional details.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
9. Marketplace Purchases
If you purchased a GynoCare product from Amazon, Walmart, or another marketplace, your return is governed by that marketplace's return policy, not this policy. Please initiate your return through the marketplace where you purchased the product.
