This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept, how charges are processed, and your responsibilities when paying for orders at www.gyno-care.com.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

2. Discreet Billing

Charges on your bank or card statement will appear under a neutral company descriptor for your privacy.

3. Currency

All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). If your card or account is in another currency, your bank or payment provider will apply its own exchange rate and may charge foreign transaction fees.

4. Authorization and Charges

When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized for the full order amount, including products, applicable taxes, and shipping. The actual charge is typically captured at the time your order is processed for shipment.

By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that:

  • - You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • - The billing information you provide is accurate and current
  • - You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the full order amount to your payment method

5. Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and the type of product purchased. Tax rates are determined by our payment and tax-calculation systems and may change without notice.

6. Declined Transactions

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Common reasons for declined payments include insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, exceeded credit limits, or fraud-prevention holds placed by your bank. Please contact your payment provider to resolve, or try a different payment method.

7. Payment Security

8. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders

If you sign up for a subscription or recurring order, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency you select until you cancel. You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support@gyno-care.com. Cancellations made after a renewal has been processed will take effect the following billing cycle.

9. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes and discounts must be entered at checkout to apply. We cannot retroactively apply discounts to orders that have already been placed. Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Promotional codes have no cash value and may not be combined, transferred, or resold.

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from www.gyno-care.com may be used as payment at checkout. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).

11. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details on refund eligibility and processing times.

12. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern with a charge, please contact us first at support@gyno-care.com so we can resolve the issue directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspension of your account for future purchases. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or invalid chargebacks with all available evidence.

13. Fraud Prevention

We use fraud-detection tools to protect our customers and our business. We reserve the right to verify identity, request additional information, or cancel any order that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or in violation of our Terms of Service.
